Following his hat-trick in Manchester United's 3-2 win over Norwich, Cristiano Ronaldo will get an £850,000 extra.
Ronaldo triggered a bonus-related provision in his contract after scoring 21 goals this season, according to The Sun.
The 37-year-contract old's contains a £750,000 bonus for scoring 20 goals and a further £100,000 for his hat-trick hit, which he signed last year on his return to Old Trafford.
For the balance of the season, Ronaldo will be paid £100,000 for each additional goal he scores.
United will also pay their top scorer this season £1 million, and Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo seems very set to be the beneficiary, since he leads his closest rival Bruno Fernandes by 12 goals.
Also, Ronaldo would receive around £2.75million in total payments if he manages to reach 30 goals this season.
