Following Manchester United's humbling Premier League 4-0 defeat to Liverpool on Tuesday, Manchester United great Paul Scholes has criticised the Red Devils' players.
Man United players, according to Scholes, are horrible to watch and want the season to end as soon as possible, but there is no hiding place for them.
Liverpool won all three points against Ralf Rangnick's side at Anfield thanks to a brace from Mohamed Salah and goals from Luis Diaz and Sadio Mane.
“They want their season over, they want it done, they want to move on, but unfortunately, there’s no hiding place. You can’t come to Anfield and be like that, "Scholes told Premier League Productions.
Their fans have travelled a long way, and it’s disgusting to watch. But that’s where the club is at the minute.
They have got to give a little bit of effort just for their fans to come to the ground.
