Chelsea are weighing up a move for 24-year-old Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
According to The Times, Chelsea are in the market for a new striker to bolster manager Enzo Maresca’s squad as they look to sell Christopher Nkunku for £65 million.
The report added that Juventus are also looking to reduce their wage bill and could be open to selling Vlahovic before the end of the January transfer window.
Vlahovic has scored 53 goals in 125 appearances for Juventus so far. He joined the Serie A giants following his £66 million move from Fiorentina three years ago.
Meanwhile, former Arsenal centre-back Philippe Senderos recently urged the Gunners to reignite their transfer interest in Vlahovic.
Senderos believes the Serbian could help Mikel Arteta’s side get closer to the Premier League title this season.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will rival Chelsea for Vlahovic’s signature, as both Premier League clubs are keen to sign a new striker this month.
