In terms of pay, Neymar is only second to Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Brazilian will receive about £276 million ($351 million) over the course of his two-year contract, according to L'Equipe.
While Ronaldo earns £177 million ($225 million) annually, Neymar is still far behind him.
The 31-year-old moved to the Middle East this summer to put an end to his turbulent tenure at Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG agreed a fee of around £77 million for Neymar, who was also linked with a return to Barcelona.
