Paul Onuachu will have a medical at Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor on Sunday (today) ahead of his loan move.

Trabzonspor fans trooped out to witness the Nigeria international’s arrival in Turkey on Saturday.

The 29-year-old linked up with Southampton from Genk in January but was unable to prevent the Saints’ relegation from the Premier League.

Onuachu has made just one appearance for Southampton this season.

The striker failed to register a goal in 12 appearances for the club last season.

Trabzonspor currently sit in seventh place in the Turkish Super Lig.
