How To Remove Red Or Blue Light From A Video

I will use FFMPEG and Photoshop.

First, use ffmpeg to extract all the frames from the video. Then use Photoshop to record an action, editing the color of one of those images. Then applied that action to all the files in a directory (File -> Scripts -> Image Processor) giving the color corrected images.

Finally, reassembled that set of images back into a video (using FFmpeg again). Thank me later.
