The unfortunate event happened yesterday at Ijegun - Ikotun road at Babalegba bus-stop at around 5pm.

The man whose name hasn't been confirmed was on duty to repair a faulty transformer at Babalegba when all of a sudden current started flowing through the naked wires, unknown to the electric worker, he got shocked and his legs were dismantled. The electric worker is presently undergoing treatment. .According to an eye-witness; "he was on duty. I was there when they started the repair and everything happened in my presence. The operator in their office switched on the power without confirmation from them if they have finish the repair or not."We pray to God to grant him quick recovery.
