NEWS: ASUU STRIKE: RESULTS FROM UNIVERSITIES CHAPTER CONCERNING THE STRIKE [New Education News] » Naijacrawl

Early on Thursday 10 of January 2019, the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) conducted referendum concerning the ongoing strike and the recent position taken by the Federal Government and the results of the referendum are being  received by the headquarters from all universities Chapters across the country to seek if the on going strike should continue or be called called off.



However, these are the results from some schools as at the moment.

 

FOR THE STRIKE TO BE SUSPENDED THE FOLLOWING UNIVERSITIES VOTED:

UNILAG

FUTA

IMSU

UNIOYO

UDU

FUTMINA

 

FOR THE STRIKE TO CONTINUE THE FOLLOWING UNIVERSITIES VOTED:

 

UNN

UNICAL

UNIPORT

EBSU

UNIABUJA

UNIBADAN

LASU

ABU

 

Meanwhile, some universities are not here because their votes is not yet confirmed while some some have already opted out of the strike.
