Ghanaian singer and rapper, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, popularly known as Black Sherif, has expressed his joy at Ivory Coast's triumph over Nigeria in the recently concluded African Cup of Nations, AFCON.

Black Sherif shared his happiness over Nigeria's loss, revealing that some of his Nigerian colleagues had mocked him when the Black Stars of Ghana exited the competition during the group stage. Determined to reciprocate the banter, Black Sherif declared his intention to continue trolling Nigeria following their defeat in the AFCON final.

Taking to his social media handle, he wrote:

"Blaqbonez called me on Facetime to laugh at me when my country's Black Stars were sent home; the guy couldn't stop smiling. Odumodu was on Facetime the next 3 days, telling the Jeweller to make me the cheapest piece he's ever made, and I called the Jeweller myself! You want me to shut up? I'm going to bed. We go again this afternoon. Super Eagles! You do this one."

Black Sherif's playful banter adds a touch of humor to the post-AFCON conversations, highlighting the friendly rivalry and camaraderie among African artists. As fans eagerly await the next tournament, the banter between Black Sherif and his Nigerian colleagues promises to keep the football spirit alive in the entertainment industry.
