American rapper Cardi B has opened up about ongoing challenges in finalizing her divorce from fellow rapper Offset, revealing that he has yet to sign the divorce papers.

In a candid social media livestream, the "WAP" hitmaker expressed frustration with Offset, accusing him of not stepping up as a father and deliberately stalling their divorce proceedings.

“I didn’t want to do this,” Cardi began, “but I don’t like when I’m at peace and someone wants to keep calling me, then do petty things behind the scenes to upset me. You want to see the kids? You just called your daughter for the first time this year yesterday — your newborn."

The rapper didn’t hold back, blasting Offset for failing to buy Christmas gifts for their children. She continued, “You love your kids so much, but you didn’t get them anything for Christmas. You went to New York to buy gifts for your other kids but didn’t buy mine a thing. You’re doing this just to spite me. Stop playing games and sign the divorce papers.”

Cardi also slammed Offset for using their children as an excuse to prolong the situation, adding, “You’re not going to use my kids as an excuse because these are the same kids you didn’t think to get anything for during Christmas.”

The couple, who share three children, welcomed their youngest child last year. However, Cardi confirmed her separation from the Migos rapper in December 2023 and filed for divorce shortly after.
