Columbus Police Chief Joseph Daughtry revealed how teenager, Amiracle, allegedly performed sex acts in front of a group of children on Mother's Day.

The children who witnessed the disturbing incident then reported it to the police.

Amiracle is being charged as an adult.

Her mother, Raven Morgan, is alleged to have then rounded up children in the neighborhood to act as a 'gang' and attack others who spoke about the incident.

'The mother brought her children to beat up the people who saw what took place. That’s not going to be tolerated. Nobody should have to worry about people coming jumping on them, breaking in doors, and wanting to fight them,'

One of her other children was among the group that she is alleged to have threatened.
