New York City is closing down its public school buildings starting on Thursday after the city's 7-day average reached the 3% positive Covid-19 testing rate threshold. All students will transition to remote learning.

Russia has announced to have created the first vaccine for Corona Virus. The vaccine which was created by Sechenov University in Russia is said to be undergoing human test. The test had already been carried out and expected to see result in the next 48-72hrs. This test will determine the success of the vaccine in humans.
