The court of appeal has this evening discharged the supreme leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the court says the federal high court lacks the jurisdiction to try him on terrorism charges.

The court further held that the Federal Government failed to disclose where Nnamdi Kanu was arrested despite the grave allegations against him.
It is important to note that Nnamdi Kanu is being tried for treasonable felony at an Abuja High Court.
