As the federal government is reluctant to release the looted fund by the former governor of Delta State, James Ibori who looted a lot of money meant for the development of the state.
A picture is currently trending, which shows the three governors that have been ruling the south-South state since 1999. James Ibori ruled for 8 years and passed on to Uduaghan who later passed the baton to Okowa.
The three governors shared close similarity and there is a high probability that the looted fund if return to the state might be looted by the Ibori's boys.
It is instructive to note that, the Federal government has said the fund will be used to finish three major project in the country which are the lagos-Ibadan expressway, 2nd Niger bridge and Abuja-Kano way
