It will be recalled that the case has been on for over four years when Col. Dasuki was arrested and later linked Olisa Metuh and company in the process of investigation. But the dramatic disposition of the PDP statesman has really sabotaged the hearing, because in not less than two was he taken to the court on stretcher.

However, Justice Okong Abang in his ruling has instructed Metuh to be imprisoned for 7 years and also pay three hundred and seventy five million to the Federal Government.
