He attacked the attendant because he believed he was scammed and demanded that his money be refunded.

In a video that surfaced online, the angry man could be seen shouting and insisting that he would go away with something of value if he did not get his money back

People were begging him to calm down after he threw some punches at the staff who attended to him.

He then grabbed the desktop monitor and made to leave the shop with it but they prevented him from doing so.
