No fewer than 23 out of the 26 lawmakers have appended their signatures, supporting the impeachment notice against Ondo State deputy Governor, Aiyedatiwa.

The Deputy Governor is under investigation for alleged gross abuse of office and might be eased out of office through impeachment.

The Ondo State House Of Assembly today served the deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa An Impeachment Notice Over Gross Misconduct.

It will be recalled that when the governor went for three months medical leave, the deputy governor held several secret meetings with some prominent politicians in order to declare the governor incompetent based on illness and swear him in as the substantial governor.
