Yusuf Magaji Bichi, director general of state security services, Abba Bichi has criticized singer Teni for not bowing to Buhari when she accepted her Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) award on October 11th.

Teni was referred to as an "Orobo with zero sense" by Abba, who also accused her of being haughty.

When Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director general of the World Trade Organization, and other high-ranking government officials bowed to him to receive their awards, he alleged that she was still disrespectful to the President.

Abba penned;

Orobo with zero sense, even her excellency okonjo bowed down her head as a sign of respect to the president and commander in chief of the armed forces, likewise other high-ranking government officials. Who are you not to respect the president? This is disgusting and disturbing. Yoruba people are best known for their respect for elders but it got to your turn and you decided to be arrogant.
