Following the tug of war between two neighboring communities in anambra state over some plot of land in the area where the two towns shares common boundary, the attention of the Nigerian police force in the state has been drawn to the matter.

The towns in question are, Abba community in njikoka local government area which is also the hometown of a renowned writer Chimamanda Adichie and Ukpo community in dunukofia local government area which is also the hometown of oil magnate and billionaire Engr Arthur Eze.

We can recall that Adichie wrote an open letter to the government to come and interfere in the matter as she feels the oil magnate is using his money and power to buy over his way over the land and thereby forcefully take the land that belongs to her Abba community of she alleged that he has been doing so to other neighboring communities.

But the Nigerian police force, anambra state command has finally made a statement, stating that some of the Adichie kinsmen are really the cause of the problem. In a statement by the police public relations officer in the state, Haruna Muhammed on Thursday, police said that Adichie's Kinsmen were declared wanted for alleged conspiracy and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace in the area.
