NYSC BURIES CORPS MEMBERS THAT DROWNED IN TARABA AMIDST TEARS.

The Nigeria Youth Service Corps has laid to rest lifeless body of Corps members that got drowned in Mayo Salbe, Ghaska LG, Taraba, after they went on a picnic and the water rise above its usual level.

9 corps members died in the incident and 13 were rescued by villagers. The bodies were laid to rest with a brief funeral service presided over by the Catholic Bishop of Jalingo Diocese, Bishop Charles Hammawa and the Chaplain Government House Chapel, Taraba State.

Present at the funeral was the state coordinator Mrs Florence Yaakugh, who expresses her shock over the death of the corp memeber, she warned corpers of unpermitted activities they carry out during their service year.
