According to Maryam Uwais, special adviser on Social Investments to President Muhammadu Buhari, $22.
2m out of the $322m recovered loot from the late Head of State, Sani Abacha has been spent on various empowerment schemes in a bid to lift Nigeria out of poverty. This she revealed while giving account of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) of the Buhari administration.
