On Saturday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin, the CAF Confederation Cup's opening preliminary match is scheduled to feature the Benin Arsenals and their Algerian adversaries, ASO Chlef.

During a press conference at the Stadium, the Governor made the call through his chief press secretary, Andrew Okungbowa.
