Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has said Karim Benzema’s injury isn’t serious after the victory at Celtic.
Los Blancos won their Champions League group opener 3-0 in Glasgow, but Benzema limped off in the first-half.
The French striker headed straight for the dressing room after 30 minutes in what is a worrying sign for the LaLiga side.
However, Ancelotti said later: “It doesn’t seem to be serious." We’ll wait for tomorrow, but early signs imply it’s nothing to worry about. We have to wait until tomorrow.
“It’s unclear whether it’s a muscle issue or if it’s his knee."
In Benzema's absence, Vinicius Jr, Luka Modric and Eden Hazard got the goals.
