In the wake of resuming the EPL, Chelsea has secured the deal to sign Salzburg striker Timo Werner before the EPL finally kicks off by June 28.



Sources had it that Chelsea have agreed €49m for the striker. Chelsea have beaten Liverpool to signing the player from Salzburg.
