Frank Ribery could face a lengthy match ban for allegedly pushing a match official after their seria A match last weekend according to Italy FA.
The Fiorentina Fc football player and France international could be charged with a match ban for his misconduct after the match against Lazio over the weekend. Fiorentina was already winning before Lazio came from behind to equalize and later won the match with a late goal from Ciro immobile of which the fiorentina players believed the winning shouldn't have been allowed to stand as there was a foul on their player before the goal was scored of which the referee signalled for a play on. Frank ribery who has already been substituted before the incident didn't take it well from the sidelines that he confronted the officials after the match as he was seen on the video footage even pushing one of the linesmen. He was issued a red card after the match for the misconduct but the Italy FA also discussed that the incident will still be reviewed in order to decide the length of the ban.
