This season, there was much debate over who Erik ten Hag would name as his Manchester United captain. In the end, the Dutchman decided to let Harry Maguire keep the armband.

United's season opener against Brighton didn't go as planned, and the chaos in the tunnel began even before the game.

David De Gea had to inform the United captain of his error after Maguire lined up with his teammates on the incorrect side of the tunnel.
