Arsenal legend Martin Keown has identified Jorginho and Oleksandr Zinchenko as the two Gunners players who are the "driving force" behind the club’s comeback victory over Aston Villa.
The club regained its lead in this season’s title race at the weekend.
Arsenal came from 2-1 down to beat Aston Villa 4-2 at Villa Park on Saturday.
The result moved Arsenal to the Premier League table with 2 points ahead of second position Manchester City.
“I was particularly impressed with Arsenal’s two serial trophy-winners, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jorginho,” Keown told the Daily Mail.
“They were the driving force and helped drag their teammates over the finish line at Villa Park."
“After losing to Everton, drawing with Brentford, and losing to City, this was a significant win and a response from potential champions.”
He added, “Arsenal sent an important message to Manchester City on Saturday: If you think this title race is over, then think again because we are not going away.”
Arsenal will face Leicester City in their next Premier League tie on Saturday evening at the King Power Stadium.
