Lobi Stars and Rangers have secured their qualification for the quarterfinals of the Federation Cup.

Lobi Stars defeated Bendel Insurance Feeders 3-1 at Dan Anyiam Stadium in their Round of 16 tie.

The match was postponed to this morning after a heavy downpour in Owerri on Wednesday.

Surr Kamaga and Joseph Atule’s brace was enough to salvage the much-needed win for the Pride of Benue.

In another game, Rangers maintained their impressive display in the competition with a 3-1 win over FC Ebedei.

Innocent Gabriel opened the scoring for Rangers in five minutes, while Odekunle Musiliu equalized for Ebedei 15 minutes later.

Saidu Adamu and Austin Onyemaechi scored two quick goals in 28 and 29 minutes for the Rangers to win the tie.
