Victor Osimhen trained again on Monday with his Napoli teammates ahead of the Partenopei’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 clash against Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.

Osimhen pointed to his thigh after he was substituted in Napoli’s 2-0 win at Sassuolo last Friday.

Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti said after the game that the forward will undergo a test to determine if he was injured.

With the players getting a day off on Saturday, they returned to training on Sunday morning, and the forward took part in the session.

The Nigeria international was also pictured in training on Monday to show his readiness to face Eintracht Frankfurt at the Deutsche Bank Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Serie A leaders are expected to travel to Germany for the first-leg clash later today.

Osimhen has scored once in three appearances in the Champions League this season.
