In an interview with the Polish broadcaster 'Onet Sport,' Robert Lewandowski reaffirmed his desire to leave Bayern Munich.

After flirting with the notion several times and having his agency bring it up, he has taken it upon himself to claim that something in him has died and that he wishes to go in order to rekindle the love that has faded. They're smiling in Barcelona.

Robert Lewandowski has gone from playing with the idea of leaving Bayern Munich to stating that this is what he intends to do next season, with Barcelona as a key suitor.

He reaffirmed his desire to shift teams in a statement to "Onet Sport," which hinted at a hint at the board over his contract.

“The only thing I want is to leave Bayern. Loyalty and respect are more important than work. The best thing is to find a solution together. " Something has died in me.

"I want to leave Bayern to find more excitement in my life,” said the striker, who is now in with a chance of playing in La Liga next season.

“I have not considered any offer other than Barcelona’s. I want to leave Bayern, that’s for sure, "he added.

So far, the Bavarian bosses have been reluctant to let the strikers leave, but they have a problem.

They no longer only have to deal with a sense of unease on his part but also a clear conviction that he wants to leave the club, so an agreement must be reached soon to prevent the situation from festering.
