Manchester United legend Roy Keane has sent a message to Arsenal star Bukayo Saka after the 21-year-old missed a crucial penalty during the Gunners costly 2-2 draw with West Ham at the London Stadium.
The Gunners followed their 2-2 draw with Liverpool last Sunday with the same scoreline against West Ham earlier today.
Arsenal had the opportunity to go 3-1 up at West Ham when the referee pointed to the spot in their favor after it appeared Michail Antonio handled the ball inside the area.
Saka stepped up to take the spot kick but missed it as West Ham equalized just three minutes later.
It was a huge blow to the Gunners' hopes of lifting their first Premier League trophy since 2004.
Arsenal are now just four points ahead of Manchester City, who have a game in hand and host Arsenal at the Etihad on April 26.
“We’ve seen great players miss penalties." It’s pressure, as simple as that.
“He’s a brilliant player [Saka], and he’ll respond to that as he always does. It’s a big point for West Ham, and they deserved it in the second half,” he said.
