On August 25, the UEFA Champions League group stage draw for 2022–23 will take place.

On August 25, in Istanbul, Turkey, the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League group stage draw will take place. It will be streamed live beginning at 18:00 CET.

Pot 1: Real Madrid, Frankfurt, Man City, Milan, Bayern, Paris, Porto, Ajax

Pot 2: Liverpool, Chelsea, Juventus, Atlético, Sevilla, Leipzig, Tottenham

Pot 3: Dortmund, Salzburg, Shakhtar Donetsk, Inter, Napoli, Benfica, Sporting CP, Leverkusen

Pot 4: Rangers, Dinamo Zagreb, Marseille, Copenhagen, Club Brugge, Celtic, Plze, M. Haifa

On June 10, 2023, the 2022–23 Champions League final will be held at Istanbul's Atatürk Olympic Stadium, the same place where Liverpool famously defeated AC Milan in the championship game in 2005 with a comeback.
