The Super Falcons stars, Rasheedat Ajibade and Osinachi Ohale, have been included in the team for the group stage at the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Ajibade and Ohale have been the top performers for the nine-time champions so far in the competition.

Ajibade, who plays for Spanish Iberdola outfit Atletico Madrid, has scored two goals and registered two assists for the Super Falcons in Morocco.

The former FC Robo player was on target in Nigeria’s 2-1 defeat to Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

She scored one and provided two assists in the 4-0 drubbing of Burundi on Sunday night.

The dependable centre-back, Ohale, has played every minute of Nigeria’s three games in WAFCON 2022.

The Alaves defender was named Woman of the Match in the Super Falcons’ victory against Burundi.

The Super Falcons will take on the Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon in the quarter-finals on Thursday at the Stade Mohamed V, Casablanca.
