South Korean actor Song Jae-Rim, known for his memorable role in *The Moon Embracing the Sun*, was tragically found dead at his Seoul apartment on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the age of 39.
The Seongdong Police Station confirmed his death, noting that, as of now, no signs of foul play have been discovered. “Currently, there is no evidence of foul play,” an official stated.
A two-page letter was reportedly found at the scene, as reported by the Korean media outlet Soompi, but further details regarding its content have not been shared. The cause of death remains unknown at this time.
Song Jae-Rim began his acting journey in 2009 with the film *Actresses* and gained significant popularity for portraying Kim Jae-woon’s steadfast bodyguard in *The Moon Embracing the Sun* alongside Kim Soo-Hyun.
