Victoria Inyama, a Nollywood actress, believes Peter Nwachukwu, the spouse and primary suspect in the killing of slain gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, will go free.

On Wednesday, Victoria posted this on Instagram in response to a police statement explaining why Mr. Nwachukwu had not been charged.

Usman Baba, the Inspector-General of Police, stated on Wednesday that after the autopsy results of the late singer are released, Osinachi's husband will be charged in court.

When Dame Tallen, the Minister of Women's Affairs, paid him a visit at the Force Headquarters, the IGP remarked this.

Victoria responded to the remark on Instagram, saying he'll get away with it owing to a lack of actual evidence and a "rubbish" legal system.

Her post read, “I believe it is the beating (kick to the chest) and trauma over the years as he took her to the hospital and evaded a crime.
“That man is going to walk free as usual." Lack of tangible evidence, a rubbish judiciary. It's just a very sad case. ”
