The rate at which buildings collapse in the most recent times is quite disturbing,and poses a very big question to all involved in building and construction in our clime.

The ikoyi building collapse is no more News to an average Nigerian. in the midst of the forgoing,there have been numerous reports that has to do with building collapse across the country.

Concerned citizens has raised some viable questions as to what could be the root cause of what i choose to call "AN ERROR IN ENGINEERING". And one would ask;

#Has there been an adulteration of any sort in the production of the cements used for construction? it could be that the wrecked economy has in one way or the other affected the cement production,who knows.

#Could it be a resultant of poor engineering? the high level of unprofessionalism in various sectors and facets is quite appalling,(this should serve as a red alert to prospective proprietors)

the questions could go on and on.

The preoccupation of this write up therefore is simply to get innocent inhabitants and prospective Landlords on the know so as to avert subsequent occurance that could lead to loss of life and recourses.+
