A heartbreaking tragedy has struck Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, as a 13-year-old boy narrates how his parents fatally attacked each other with machetes overnight.

According to reports, the couple—who had a history of intense arguments—were found dead in their room on Tuesday morning, lying in a pool of blood. The wife frequently accused her husband, a police officer, of infidelity, which often led to heated disputes.

In a viral video, the teenage boy revealed that there were no signs of conflict the previous night when the family went to bed. However, he was jolted awake by the sound of a violent fight. His parents, locked in a brutal struggle, inflicted fatal machete wounds on each other.

The boy also shared a chilling revelation—his father had often hinted at wanting to share something troubling with him but always hesitated whenever his mother was present.

"Before my daddy died, he said he had something to tell me. But whenever my mum was around, he became afraid. I asked him why, but he never answered," the boy recounted.
