The Incident happened yesterday (Tuesday) at Rumuigbo Junction area of Obio-Akpor.

It was gathered that the man, believed to be in his early 60s, was walking by the roadside when he suddenly fell on the walkway.

A source at the scene said that when the man fell, he struggled for a while to stand up but couldn't.

According to the witness, passersby who gathered around the man were only taking pictures instead of helping him.

“This afternoon, the man was walking by the roadside. Later he fell down. Some people gathered around him. He was struggling to stand up but couldn't. He later died,” she explained.
