The management team of the late Nigerian musician, Ilerioluwa Promise Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has taken a decisive step in response to recent allegations made by Mohbad's father, Mr.

Joseph Aloba. In a surprising turn of events, Mohbad's father disclosed in a recent interview that the 26-year-old artist had left behind a thumbprint-only will that lacked a signature.

Contrary to these claims, Mohbad's management has swiftly addressed the situation, dismissing the alleged will as unprecedented and unreal in a strongly-worded statement. The conflict has now reached a legal standpoint, with Mohbad's management initiating a N200 million defamation suit against his father.

In an official letter, the management team not only refuted the accusations but also demanded a retraction of what they deemed as "slanderous" remarks from Mohbad's father. Adding to this, they insisted on a public apology for the damage caused to Mohbad's reputation.

The gravity of the matter is underscored by the management's request for N200 million in damages. The letter explicitly states, "You are to publish the same unqualified apology within 14 days of this letter with payment of N200,000,000 (Two hundred Million Naira) through this honourable chambers (Bankole Falade & Co) within the set period."

As the legal proceedings unfold, it remains to be seen how this clash between family and management will impact the legacy of the late Mohbad and the dynamics within his familial relationships.
