Peter Obi, the Labour Party's (LP) nominee for president, followed the rules on Saturday before casting his ballot.

Obi declined the special favor bestowed upon him and followed the law when casting his ballot at his Agulu, Anambra State, polling place.

One of the front-runners vying for the presidency is the candidate representing the Labour Party.

Obi expressed confidence in winning the presidential election as soon as he arrived at the voting location.

The former governor of Anambra State had vowed that if he lost the presidential election, he would never again cooperate with the opposition.

The presidential candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, did not stand in line before voting, unlike Obi's rivals.
