While describing Oluwaseun’s death as gruesome, some sources within the institution disclosed that the attack took place at Opomulero Street in Owo, headquarters of Owo Local Council Area of Ondo State.

One of the sources, who is a student of the institution, disclosed that the deceased had newly secured admission into the institution before he was killed.

According to the source, who craved anonymity, “He (Oluwaseun) had spent just a few weeks on campus. He was also a course representative and a musician.

“He was a fresher who had been on campus for only three to four weeks. In fact, he was our course representative. It is painful that we lost him so soon. Sadly, he was attacked with a machete.”

Meanwhile, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, CSP Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, stated that an investigation had begun in order to unearth those behind the killing.
