And God is love? You obviously haven’t read the bible. Here are just some of the things that the biblical God demands or allows:

You have to kill your family - including your children, if they don’t worship Yaweh. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13, Deuteronomy 13:13-19, Deuteronomy 13:7-12

When you have enemies you must kill all of them including women and children. (Ezekiel 9:5-7, Jeremiah 51:20-26,1 Samuel 15:2-3)

You can buy and own slaves and sell your children into slavery but buy back only the boys. (Exodus 21)

Men can have multiple wives. (Genesis 16:1–4, 29:15–30)

You can kill your children if they insult you (Leviticus 20:9)

You must be killed for working on the Sabbath. (Exodus 31:12-15)

Children will be killed for the sins of their parents. (Isaiah 14:21)

God will kill the children of Israel “I will slaughter their beloved children.” (Hosea 9:11-16)

God loves you for killing your family and relatives

“Today you have been ordained for the service of the LORD, for you obeyed him even though it meant killing your own sons and brothers. Because of this, he will now give you a great blessing.” (Exodus 32:26-29) And it goes on and on.

Murder in the Bible

All of these would make you a child abuser, human trafficker, murderer or a war criminal under modern secular laws. And your Yeshua was fully on board with all that.

“Do not think that I come to abolish the Law and the prophets, I come to fulfil them. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matthew 5:17–20.)

He is literally saying here that you must obey every command including all those above, in the Old Testament. The laws and the Prophets is the Old Testament. He is also apparently happy with slavery “Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Chris (Ephesians 6:5 NLT)

Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. (1 Timothy 6:1-2)

So yeah… not so much with the love then…
