Former international, Victor Ikpeba, says the Super Eagles should be happy with the outcome of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations draw.

The Super Eagles will face Tunisia, Uganda and Tanzania in Group C at the competition which will be hosted by Morocco.

Tunisia, who have won the AFCON title once in the past, represents the Super Eagles biggest opposition in the group.

Uganda and Tanzania are regarded as minnows on the continent.

Ikpeba, a member of the Super Eagles squad that won the AFCON title in Tunisia in 1994, insisted the team have enough quality to beat all the oppositions in the group.

The former Monaco forward, however, said it is important for the three-time champions not to underrate their opponents.

“I will take the Super Eagles group as against some of the other first round groups,” he told Super Sport.
“It will be difficult because even the so-called small teams have made a lot of progress as we saw at the last AFCON.“
“But we have what it takes to get out of the group.”
