Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has rated Jude Bellingham’s performance in his side’s 3-2 pre-season victory over AC Milan over the weekend.
Bellingham made his debut for Real Madrid as a brace from Federico Valverde and a goal from Vinicius Junior ensured Los Blancos defeated Milan in Los Angeles.
The England midfielder featured for the first time since making an £88.5 million move to Madrid from Borussia Dortmund, playing 64 minutes against Milan before he was replaced by Nico Paz.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Ancelotti said he was impressed with Bellingham’s display.
The Italian said, “I was really impressed with Bellingham.
“Bellingham played very well, and the team has to get used to his quality, which is unbelievable. His arrival in the box is hugely important for the team.
“He is a fantastic player; he's very important for us because he’s a complete midfielder and he brings real pace and intensity to the game.”
