Arsenal has entered the race to sign Victor Osimhen, a striker for Napoli.

Arsenal have entered the race to sign the Nigerian international and are now favorites to close a deal in the summer, claims Rai Sport journalist Ciro Venerato.

Osimhen has been linked to moves to Manchester United and Chelsea, two of Arsenal's Premier League rivals.

Aurelio de Laurentiis, the president of Napoli, is anticipated to demand more than £100 million to sell Osimhen.

Osimhen has performed admirably for Napoli thus far this year.

He has 19 goals for Napoli so far, which puts him atop the Serie A scoring charts.
