Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has singled out Gio Reyna, his former teammate at Borussia Dortmund, as his closest friend outside of the Los Blancos squad.

During their time at Signal Iduna Park, the duo played together on the field 76 times, contributing jointly to five goals across various competitions.

Currently on loan at Nottingham Forest until the end of the season, USMNT star Reyna maintains a strong bond with Bellingham. In a recent interview with Topps UK (via GOAL), Bellingham praised Reyna's exceptional character and talent both on and off the pitch.

"I think Gio Reyna, my teammate at Dortmund and the US national team," Bellingham said. "He's a really good guy and a talented player. We got along really well in Dortmund, although I haven't seen him for a while."
