Enugu State Governor, Dr.
Peter Mbah, has hailed Nigerian football stars Ademola Lookman, Chiamaka Nnadozie, and the Super Falcons for their remarkable victories at the 2024 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Awards. He described the event as a shining moment of pride for Nigerian football and the nation at large.
Lookman clinched the coveted CAF Player of the Year title, while Nnadozie was named Female Goalkeeper of the Year. The Super Falcons capped the night by winning Female National Team of the Year, reaffirming their dominance on the African football scene.
