Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Diogo Jota from Wolves for a fee worth around £45 million.

Jota initially joined Wolves in the summer of 2017 on a season-long loan from Atletico Madrid.

He scored 17 goals in the Championship to help the side earn promotion to the Premier League. Wolves then signed him permanently for around £10 million and he helped them qualify for the Europa League and a seventh-place finish with nine goals in the Premier League. Last season, he notched 16 in all competitions. Welcome to Liverpool fc
