Guardiola gives Man City injury update ahead of Real Madrid second leg
Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has hinted that Kyle Walker could be available for the second leg of their Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.
Guardiola, on the other hand, will make a late judgment on whether Walker is fit to play after the right-back has missed five games due to an ankle injury.
After serving a suspension, defender Joao Cancelo is back in the lineup.
"Kyle has trained and will travel, and we will decide tomorrow," Guardiola said.
"He had been out of training for three weeks. We'll make a decision tomorrow, but we're glad he's back, and he'll do his best to stay in contention.
“Joao is no doubt, he feels really good and Kyle, we will see tomorrow how he is when he wakes up and how he trains this afternoon,” he said.
City are aiming to reach the Champions League final for the second year in a row.
