The transaction to bring Franck Kwame over from AS Douanes of Niger is now complete.
Kwame was an important contributor to the AS Douanes team that fell short against Kwara United in a CAF Confederation Cup first-round matchup last month.
According to Kwame's statement on the club's official website, "I am impressed with the club facilities as they brought to mind my first professional contract in Turkey."
I'm glad to be here and am prepared to put everything into this.
The Sky Blue Stars have also completed the signing of goalkeeper Charles Tambe and winger Godwin Odibo from Shooting Stars and Ikorodu City, respectively.
Remo Stars finished in third position in the Nigeria Professional Football League last season.
Daniel Ogunmodede’s side were knocked out of the CAF Confederation Cup in the preliminary round by AS FAR Rabat of Morocco.
